Preordering Process Overview:
Our preordering process offers you the convenience of securing your desired items at the base price listed on our website.

1. Upon placing your preorder, you will only be required to pay the 30% as downpayment.
2. You can choose how you would like to settle the remaining amount and delivery be settled.

• Via Shopee: You will receive an email that the item is here. Since we are heavily dependent on the USD-PHP exchange rate, it's important to note that the prices displayed do not include Shopee's commission fee and shipping charges--this will be calculated separately and should be added to your remaining amount.

• You will receive an email once the item arrives. Since our pricing is heavily influenced by the USD-PHP exchange rate, please note that the displayed prices are base prices and may be subject to change if the exchange rate increases. During the downpayment process, the shipping fee will be calculated based on your account address.

  Shipping costs will vary for multiple items with different release months.

Order Confirmation and Waiting Period:
After successfully placing your preorder, you will receive an email confirming your order, and the anticipation begins. The waiting time starts from the moment of confirmation, and our team will keep you informed about the progress of your order.

Checkout Notification and Timeframe:
Once your awaited item has arrived, you will receive a prompt notification. You then have a window of 2 weeks to complete the checkout process. It's crucial to finalize the payment within this timeframe to secure your preorder.

Forfeiture Policy:
In the event that the checkout is not completed within the specified 2-week period, your preorder will be forfeited, and unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. We encourage timely actions to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
